Attainable is Priocca by car, e.g. comming from the highway A21 (E25) Milan-Torino.
After the exit Asti Est you have to turn right and then choose immediately (100m) direction Alba.

After the local entry Priocca, after a hill crest,
leads a small road sharply on the right off! (Via Moriondo)
Then the second road again on the right off
(attention, the first road is already called via Bricco Gatti).
On the mentioned hill our yard is the last one on the right hand side.
Small surprise: this yard is divided into two parts -
if you to us want - drive through the first half and take the rear half!
